Stages of

implementation

Your collaboration with BBLIO is organized into simple and distinct steps.

We start with the publisher’s needs and end up with a comprehensive digital product, ready for distribution to readers, educators, schools, or organizations.

We discuss with you the content you want to make available digitally, your target audience, and your business goals.

We examine:

  • which titles are suitable for digital distribution,
  • whether the product will function as a standalone product or as a companion to a print book,
  • whether interactive exercises, audio, video, additional resources, or an LMS are needed,
  • which access model best serves your needs.

Our goal is to develop a solution that fits your specific publishing and business model.

Before moving on to full-scale production, we create a working prototype of the book or digital service.

The prototype may include:

  • sample pages from the book,
  • multimedia and additional resources
  • interactive exercises,
  • student and teacher features,
  • trial access codes.

This allows you to evaluate the final result and the user experience before making any final decisions.

Together, we will agree on:

  • the access period,
  • the user types,
  • the distinction between students and teachers,
  • whether to show or hide solutions,
  • the product packages,
  • how access codes will be distributed,
  • the library where the product will be hosted.

The content is converted into a digital product within the BBLIO environment. Depending on the publication’s requirements, the following can be added:

  • PDF, EPUB, HTML, or image-based editions,
  • audio and video,
  • games,
  • automatic gamification features for multiple-choice questions,
  • interactive activities,
  • active recall cards,
  • additional resources per page,
  • teaching tools, LMS, and progress reports,
  • Artificial Intelligence services.

Production can be carried out by your own team, by your external partners, or by BBLIO’s writing team.

A thorough functional test is performed before the product is released.

We check:

  • the display of content,
  • the functionality of multimedia elements,
  • interactive features,
  • user roles,
  • passwords,
  • how the product behaves on different devices and browsers.

The goal is to ensure the product is ready for actual use without any technical issues.

The product is published in the selected digital library. Users create an account, redeem their code, and gain access to the content for the period you have specified.

Along with the activation of the online book, you may, if you wish, also provide additional offline content, such as files, worksheets, audio, or supplementary educational materials. The distribution of this material may be subject to specific restrictions, such as a maximum number of downloads per user—for example, up to 5 downloads.

The activation codes can be made available:

  • through bookstores,
  • through your own e-shop and any marketplace,
  • through schools and tutoring centers,
  • through partners and representatives,
  • along with print books,
  • as standalone digital products.

Once published, the product does not remain static. You can track activations, usage, and sales, while the content can be corrected, enriched, and refined throughout its lifecycle.

BBLIO handles the technical support related to user access, platform setup, and operation, so your team can focus on the content and its commercial exploitation.

At the same time, you retain full control over the commercial policy for each title, customizing the access duration, user types, usage rights, product packages, and distribution channels to suit your needs.
