BBLIO is a publishing platform that enables educational content publishers to create, publish, distribute, and market digital books and educational services through their own digital ecosystem. It covers the entire lifecycle of a modern educational publication: from the basic digital distribution of a book to the creation of a fully interactive learning environment featuring multimedia, exercises, an LMS, and artificial intelligence tools.

BBLIO?
With BBLIO, you can publish all kinds of educational content: children’s books, fairy tales, school supplements, foreign language textbooks, exam preparation books, college textbooks, and professional training manuals.
The platform supports different levels of digital enrichment, depending on the needs of each publication. You decide which features are best suited to the content, audience, and business model of each book.
For this purpose, we provide an easy-to-use authoring tool for creating interactive content, which allows material to be produced either by your own team or by BBLIO’s partner educators.
Digital books are enriched with
- interactive exercises of all kinds,
- simulations
- videos,
- dialogues and narrations,
- active recall cards,
- native speakers using Artificial Intelligence technology for foreign language learning,
- other Artificial Intelligence services.
The books are published on www.DigitalBooks.gr where end users (buyers) create a free account and redeem the book activation codes they purchase from you. International editions are published in the library at www.MyDigitalBooks.com. As the publisher, you set the access duration for each title. Activation codes can provide access ranging from 15 days to 36 months or even longer, depending on the business model you choose.
You can distribute the codes through bookstores, your own e-shop, partners and distributors, schools, and educational organizations—either in conjunction with print books or as standalone digital products.
If you wish, you can create your own personalized digital library with your own domain, corporate branding, specialized features, and customized educational activities. This isn’t just a way to publish digital books. It’s the foundation for your own digital publishing ecosystem.
BBLIO supports various formats of digital content, such as PDF, EPUB, HTML, image-based publications for interactive editions, audio, video, and teaching cards.
At the same time, it includes a specialized system for recording and documenting third-party material, such as photographs, illustrations, texts, and multimedia. This facilitates the tracking of usage licenses, rights, and sources of origin throughout the project’s lifecycle.
BBLIO supports a range of access and distribution models, which publishers can define according to each product and their commercial strategy.
In most cases, digital books are provided through online access for a specified period, ranging from 15 days to 36 months or longer, depending on the publisher’s licensing model.
Offline content may also be offered, either as an additional feature of an online license or as a separate product.
Depending on the required level of content protection, offline material may:
- be accessed through a dedicated reader application with built-in protection mechanisms;
- be distributed as a freely accessible file; or
- follow a hybrid model combining online and offline access.
As a publisher, you determine the access method, license duration, and level of protection for each title or product category.
In most cases, however, online access is recommended, as it enables readers and educators to take full advantage of BBLIO’s capabilities, including the integrated LMS, interactive exercises, multimedia content, AI-powered tools, content updates, progress reports, and educational usage analytics. Some interactive content may also be included in protected offline editions. However, cloud-based features such as LMS functionality, real-time updates, synchronization, AI services, and centralized usage data require an online connection and cannot be fully supported in offline-only books.
